These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by FoamNest (the "Store"). By placing an order you accept them.

Seller details (legal name, tax ID and registered address) must be completed here before launch.

1. Products and prices

We sell the FoamNest memory foam contour pillow. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we do not store your card details. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock, and in that case we will refund any payment made.

3. Delivery

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The process is explained on our Returns page.

5. Legal guarantee

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country. If the product you receive does not match what was described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

6. Product information

We describe the pillow as accurately as we can: materials, size and how to use it. Comfort is personal and results vary from person to person. The pillow is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have neck or back problems, ask a health professional.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact us first. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
