14-day right of withdrawal

You can change your mind and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return an order

1. Write to us through our Contact page, with your order number, within the 14 days.
2. We will reply with the return instructions.
3. Send the pillow back within 14 days of telling us you want to return it.

Condition of the product

Please return the pillow in reasonable condition. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check how it feels and fits.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the product back is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive the product (or you show proof that you have sent it back) we refund the price paid, including standard shipping, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your pillow arrives damaged or it is not the item you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we will cover the shipping.
